Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us to let us know, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Please note: for health protection and hygiene reasons, this statutory right does not apply to sealed packs that have been opened after delivery.

Our 30-day guarantee (on top of your legal rights)

• Unopened packs: return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll email you a prepaid returns label.
• Opened packs: if your stickers didn't stay on, arrived damaged or were faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description (a photo helps). We'll send a replacement or a refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

How to start a return

• Email help.safenails@gmail.com with your order number.
• Tell us whether the pack is unopened or opened, and what happened.
• We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 3-10 working days to appear on your statement.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right at no cost. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
