Delivery Policy

Every SafeNails order ships with free tracked delivery across the United Kingdom, in plain, discreet packaging with no product name on the outside.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 4-7 working days after dispatch. The estimated delivery date shown on the product page is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary at busy times or due to courier delays.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including university halls of residence.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 working days, email us and we'll look into it.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Address changes

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't redirect orders that have already been dispatched.
